The kitchen, led by Sue and Mark Stinchcombe, serves inventive menus using produce from the estate, including Aberdeen Angus beef and Highland cattle, with a breakfast spread of homemade apple juice and stewed fruits. The property includes a state-of-the-art cookery school, offering one- to three-day courses, as well as walking paths through the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Pershore, with its Georgian-fronted buildings and railway station, is a nine-minute drive north, while Birmingham Airport is 50 km away.
